2) Complete and send us Rental Agreement Part 1 to confirm and pay a deposit for your reservation. You can fill and mail us, or use the Word format to fill and email back.

3) Complete and send us Rental Agreement Part 2 two weeks before your event start, to finalize billing and details for guests (eg rooms, meals)

All guests will be required to sign a Liability Release Statement which the event coordinator will return to Black Mountain Center staff.
